Entries are free of charge. One entry allowed per eligible person. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
Sponsor: This challenge is sponsored by ANGOKA Ltd, 6 Annadale Avenue, Belfast, Co. Antrim, UK BT7 3JH (“ANGOKA”).
Administrator: This challenge is administrated by ANGOKA Ltd, 6 Annadale Avenue, Belfast, Co. Antrim, UK BT7 3JH (“ANGOKA”).
Contest Details: ANGOKA’s Digital DNA 2021 Challenge (“The Challenge”) will begin Tuesday, 28 September and end Wednesday, 29 September. The Challenge runs daily from 9AM GMT to 5PM GMT, at Digital DNA 2021 (“Challenge Periods”).
By participating in ANGOKA’s Digital DNA 2021 Challenge, you agree to these Official Rules, inclusive of all Terms and Conditions. Please read the Official Rules carefully before participating. You must follow the directions provided in these Official Rules to be eligible to receive any prizes in connection with the ANGOKA Digital DNA 2021 Challenge.
How to Enter: To enter The Challenge, you must scan the QR code at ANGOKA’s stand to access the challenge form. Here, you must fill out the required information, including your name, email address and which prize/level of challenge you intend to complete. You will also be asked optional information, such as your LinkedIn and Twitter handles.
Then, you must answer the challenge question you have selected, and click submit to enter your answer. You must not use outside information or help; such behaviour will disqualify you from receiving any prizes.
Once all of the answers have been submitted, the submissions will be collated. Attendees who answered correctly will be automatically be placed in a draw for your level of prize. One winner will be selected at random for each prize, and will be contacted by email before 15 October 2021. If the winner does not respond to the prize drawing email within 24 hours, or declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, the winner will lose the ability to claim the prize, and another random draw of eligible winners will take place.
Entries must be submitted by the end of each Challenge Period. Limit of ONE (1), AND ONLY ONE (1), entry per person across both Challenge Periods, and across all Challenge Levels. In short, each attendee can only submit one challenge answer, in one level, across both days. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted or unintelligible for any reason are void and will not be accepted. Failure to follow any instructions provided in these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
The time of receipt of any valid Entry shall be the time such valid Entry becomes available to the Administrator. Administrator’s computer shall be the official clock of the Challenge. By entering the Challenge, an Entrant gives express permission to be contacted by the Sponsor/Administrator. Furthermore, by entering their LinkedIn or Twitter information, an Entrant gives express permission to be highlighted on ANGOKA’s corporate LinkedIn and Twitter feeds through a LinkedIn post or Tweet.
BY PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION, ENTRANTS CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED. UNLESS AND UNTIL THEY ELECT TO OPT-OUT, ENTRANTS TO THE CONTEST(S) MAY RECEIVE MARKETING AND OTHER PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION FROM ADMINISTRATOR AND/OR ITS AFFILIATED PARTIES AND CONTRACTORS. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST(S) IS NOT, HOWEVER, DEPENDENT UPON ENTRANT’S CONSENT TO RECEIVE SUCH MARKETING AND OTHER PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION AND YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING ARE NOT AFFECTED BY SUCH CONSENT. BY PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION AND NOT ELECTING TO OPT OUT, ENTRANTS CONSENT TO BEING CONTACTED BY ADMINISTRATOR AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTIES AND CONTRACTORS.
Eligibility: The Challenge is only open to attendees of Digital DNA 2021, between the hours of 9AM and 5PM GMT on 28th and 29th September 2021. Officers, directors, and employees of the Sponsor and Administrator, members of these persons’ immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter or win the Challenge.
Winners: There will be four (4) winners selected. One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from the pool of eligible Entrants from each Challenge Level (1, 2, 3A, 3B) who have completed the required Entry steps as of the end of the Challenge periods. Winning is subject to the verification of eligibility.
Prizes: During each Challenge Period, attendees of Digital DNA 2021 will have the chance to win one of four prizes, as a result the series of challenge questions the attendees answer. The challenge question and prize structure is as follows:
Level 1: Attendees will answer one question; those who answer correctly will be eligible to win a £25 Amazon voucher.
Level 2: Attendees will answer two questions; those who answer both correctly will be eligible to win a £50 Amazon voucher.
Level 3: Attendees will answer three questions. At the third question (meaning the first two questions have to have been completed), attendees will have a choice of two challenge questions (Question 3A and Question 3B). Attendees will only have to answer one. Attendees who answer the first two questions correctly, followed by their choice of Question 3A or Question 3B correctly will be eligible to win a Ryze Tello drone. To further clarify, there will be two drones available as a prize, one for the individual who correctly answers Questions 1, 2 and 3A; and one for the individual who correctly answers Questions 1, 2 and 3B.
For all Levels, winning is subject to verification of eligibility.
There is no transfer or assignment of the prizes, and no cash redemption.
RELEASE/WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Challenge and/or submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Rules, including all Entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor/Administrator, or ANGOKA, for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Challenge or from the receipt or use of any of the Prizes.
PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected in connection with the Challenge will be used in accordance with Administrator’s Privacy Policy (https://angoka.io/privacy-policy/) and these Rules.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor/Administrator is not responsible for late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, or garbled Entries, interrupted or unavailable network or other connections; misdirected, blocked, or delayed notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Rules, in any Challenge-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind relating to or in connection with the Challenge, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Challenge, the processing of Entries, or the announcement of the Prizes or in any Challenge-related materials. The Sponsor/Administrator is also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Challenge. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Entrant’s or to any other person’s computer, phone, tablet or other electronic device related to or resulting from participating in the Challenge.
The Sponsor/Administrator (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Prizes, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any such term.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTESTS OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTESTS MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR AND/OR THEIR AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve(s) the right, in its/their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Challenge (or any portion thereof) at any time. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor and/or Administrator may elect to identify the Winners and award the Prizes by way of selecting a Winner or Winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to the time of such cancellation.
Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve(s) the right, in its/their sole discretion, to modify these Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Challenge. Sponsor and/or Administrator further reserves the right to revoke the Prizes or remove an Entrant or Prize Winner, at any time, if the Entrant or Prize Winner acts in a manner that is, in Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s sole discretion, offensive, harassing, threatening, repugnant, or violent at any time in connection with the Challenge or Prizes.
