On 13th July, Zenzic hosted a CAM Scale-Up Alumni Event which was sponsored by HONDA R&D (UK). The event brought the CAM Scale-Up programme alumni together with recent graduates to engage in discussions about the successes of the programme and developments that followed.
CAM Scale-Up UK alumni Steve Berry (Angoka) and Thomas Sors (Beam Connectivity) told the room about the benefits of of their involvement in CAM Scale-Up UK. They talked about a range of topics from the impact of the CAM Testbed UK facilities on their development times to their experience seeking VC funding.
Honda’s Alistair Weaver and Aurianne Legris also gave presentations which gave attendees a compelling view of their work. Alistair talked about how Honda approaches Advanced Planning & Research, and Aurianne shared insights into the Honda XCelerator programme. Attendees remarked about the quality of networking opportunities, closing out the day.Accompanied by drinks and canapés, we heard about a number of good conversations with representatives from CAM Testbed UK, Government, our corporate partners and the new CAM Scale-Up UK cohort.
